The Millennium Art Talks return to Drawing Room Lisbon with Maria do Mar Fazenda
As part of the close collaboration between Millennium bcp Foundation and Drawing Room Lisboa, throughout the fair’s history, the Millennium bcp Foundation has supported the ambitious Art Talks Program, which grants the presence of important collectors, museum directors as well as national and international artists. This year the Millennium Art Talks return with the help of the Portuguese curator Maria do Mar Fazenda, responsible to create for the fair a space for professional reflection about drawings, architecture, and museums.
BCP MILLENNIUM FOUNDATION AWARDS
For the fifth consecutive year Millennium bcp Foundation confirms its interest on supporting Portuguese artistic creation through a partnership with Drawing Room Lisboa – a Contemporary Art Fair specialized in Drawing.
In the fifth edition of the Fair, the Millennium bcp Foundation directly supports, with important awards, the protagonists of creation, dissemination, and commercialization of art.
IVth Millennium bcp Foundation Acquisition Award – Emerging Talent
The winning work, from an author under 35, becomes part of the Millennium bcp Foundation’s collection. Endowed with € 1,500.
IIIrd Outstanding Artistic Project Award
Awarded to an artist from Drawing Room Lisboa 2022, considering criteria of artistic relevance of the work presented at the Fair, as well as dedication to the artistic work. Endowed with € 1,500.
IIIrd Gallery Curatorial Project Award
Attributed to the curated proposal of a participating gallery at Drawing Room Lisbon 2022, considering the creativity and risk placed in the stand design. Endowed with € 1,000.00.
