“Só porque foi, e voou” is the most recent exhibition at the Millennium bcp Gallery, located in the Museu Nacional de Arte Contemporânea. This is an investigation carried out by students of the Master’s in Curatorial Studies at the College of Arts of the University of Coimbra in a partnership between UmbigoLAB and the Millennium bcp Foundation. This project also has support from the National Arts Plan.

The students attending the Masters in Curatorial Studies from the College of Arts of the University of Coimbra made their curatorial proposal, wich includes works from two collections (MNAC and Millennium bcp) as well as works by artists represented on the UmbigoLab Platform.

This exhibition shows to the visitants several pieces of painting, sculpture, drawing, photography, video and installation that support a narrative thread that reminds us of how much objects tell us stories and how exhibitions themselves enhance narrative.
