The “Lisbon Consortium” project was created in 2010 with the intention of praising the growing relevance of today’s cultural and creative industries. Based on the master’s and doctoral programs in cultural studies from the Faculty of Human Sciences of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, this consortium organizes events in prestigious Portuguese institutions and an annual meeting in the field of culture, Lisbon Summer School for the Study of Culture. This and other events organized by the school, stimulate the sharing of knowledge among students, researchers and scholars on topics related to art management, literary culture and creative industries. As a partner of this program, the Millennium bcp Foundation awards two scholarships to Portuguese students admitted to the Master’s program.
