Since 2012, the “Ephemeral Gardens” have invigorated the city of Viseu through cultural events, involving citizens, artists, municipalities and associations to promote the reflection on citizenship and reevaluate their heritage. Iconic spaces such as the Cathedral of Viseu and the Church of Mercy welcome workshops, markets and sound projects, visual arts, architecture, cinema, theater and dance.

On the occasion of the 7th edition, Viseu had concerts from artists such as Sarah Davachi, the duo Murcof & Vanessa Wagner and William Basinski.
