The AESE – Business School in collaboration with Entreajuda, CNIS and Millennium bcp Foundation, included in its training program the “GOS – Management of Social Organizations”, an interactive and dynamic learning program that aims to provide training in the Social Economics sector.
The program, taking place twice a year, consists of teaching techniques to efficiently use resources, the provision of resources for management and motivation of teams and the readjustment of the organizational strategy to meet the companies’ objectives. The training was developed for managers and employees of non-profit organizations.
