The Millennium bcp Foundation has been collaborating with the Banco Alimentar Contra a Fome during collection campaigns. This private institution of social solidarity was created to fight food waste in Portugal and ensure that families with difficulties have access to a minimum of living conditions regarding food. Throughout the year Banco Alimentar collected and distributed food baskets to Portuguese families, covering more than 390,000 people in total
