SPIRA is a Portuguese cultural consulting company specializing in the creation of heritage revitalization projects. Since 2013 they have been organizing the biennial Heritage Fair to promote the encounter between professionals in the sector and influence political decisions related to heritage management, through the organization of a cultural program that involves concerts, guided tours, workshops and other activities.
The 2016 and 2017 editions adopted a new format when the Heritage Fair was merged in Portugal and the AR & PA Biennial of Restoration and Heritage Management, promoting sharing between agents from Portugal and Spain.
